I have taken my vehicles to Advantage auto for over 20 years, and I have never had a bad experience. They are communicative, timely, and do fantastic work. They know the tricks of the trade... For example, perhaps a particular brand of gasket or sealant may be more reliable than others, and so they do what's necessary to ensure the best, longest lasting repair. Upon arrival, Justin will often follow-up on past repairs to ensure they are still holding up to their standards, and mine! He has surprised me by remembering past repairs to my vehicles, from memory. These folks are almost like family. I'm grateful to have their services available. I know that with each and every return trip, I will have the same positive experience as I always have. Thanks, James, Justin, Meghan, and the other unsung hero mechanics in the back. I shall return.

This review has been a long time coming! Advantage automotive has faithfully served me for over 10 years in all my automotive needs. Each time I use them, I am confident in their assessment and recommendation. It takes all the stress and worry out of a situation when you can trust individuals with your needs. Not only does Advantage Automotive do superior work, I've come to know the staff like family. In this day and age it's a rare thing to be able to find an operation that parallels the overall quality of service they provide. Sometimes thank you just isn't enough. Consider me a lifetime family member!! Advantage Auto gets my highest rating!

Great auto mechanic shop. i’ve used them several times in the past year and a half. Their work is guaranteed for three years. I’ve never had a problem with them and they keep me informed in the process. Last month, my brakes went out in the middle of nowhere. I had been waiting for AAA for several hours. I finally Called Advantage Automative directly and they made arrangements to have my truck towed to their shop. The tow truck arrived in 30 minutes. This all happened after hours! I have recommended Advantage Automative to several of my friends. I would go nowhere else.

I have been an Advantage Automotive customer for several years. The staff is extremely knowledgable, professional, and friendly. The workshop is exceptionally clean and state-of-the-art. The staff will take the time to show me in the workshop what needs to be fixed. Their estimates are honest and complete. Magnum is the greatest!

Great experience from start to finish! Very friendly customer service! Gave me a much better analysis than the Honda dealer did and only recommended the service that actually needed to be done. Will definitely be back for all my repair/maintenance needs for my Honda Pilot.
